Maurizio Greganti- since 2015 he works at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation where he is a head of the Unit for the Russian Federation, Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia. In 2015 he was promoted to the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary. From 2009 to 2014 he was a first Counsellor at the Permanent Representative of Italy to the European Union in Brussels. from 2003 to 2009 he was a head of Department, General Directorate for European Integration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; In 2008 he was promoted to the rank of Counsellor of Embassy. In 2000 he became a first Secretary (Commercial Section) to the Italian Embassy in Berlin, where he was promoted to the rank of Counsellor of Legation in 2003. From 1995 to 1998 he was a first Secretary (Political Section) to the Italian Embassy in Amman. Before that in 1993-1995 he worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Directorate General for Human Resources and Administration
