Viktor Dolidze is a Co-President of EURONEST and a member of the Free Democrats Party. Since 1996 he has held various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During 1997-1998 he was a deputy head of NATO Division of the Military–Political Department at Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 1998 he became a head of the Bilateral Relations Division of the Military–Political Department. In 2000 he became an adviser at Embassy of Georgia in Kingdom of Belgium, kingdom of Netherlands and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg; From 2001 to 2004 he was an adviser in Political Affairs in the mission of Georgia to NATO(Brussels, Belgium). In 2004 he became a director of the International Security Department at National Security Council of Georgia. From 2005 to 2009 he was an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Hungary. Also  a permanent representative to OSCE and other International Organizations in Vienna (Austria). In 2010 he was elected as a member of the forth convocation of Tbilisi City Assembly. Later in 2012 he became a chairman of the Committee on European Integration. Since 2015 he is a co-President of the Eastern Partnership at EURONEST Parliamentary Assembly. During his professional career Mr. Viktor Dolidze was actively involved in the activities of the Security Committee of OSCE. In 2007 he led the directions of Police issues at the Security Committee. In August 2008 he actively presented the interests of Georgia to OSCE and the number of Military Observers was increased in the conflict zone.
